- What is Pictefor?
- Pictefor is a Windows app that turns documents, images, videos and web pages into clean, exportable datasets. AI does the extraction; your team reviews every result before it is saved; nothing enters your data unchecked.
- How does Pictefor collect data from websites?
- You mark the regions that matter once, in your own browser, and Pictefor revisits only those regions on every similar page, capturing them as screenshots, skipping pages you have already collected and applying your disqualification rules automatically. It also works in a hybrid mode where you browse and Pictefor collects alongside you.
- Which formats can I export?
- CSV, XLSX, JSON, SQL and DOCX. Datasets are built for spreadsheets and databases, with duplicate detection and change tracking between collection runs.
- How much does Pictefor cost?
- There are Starter, Team and Business plans plus a custom Enterprise tier. Early customers lock their price for as long as they stay subscribed; see the pricing section above for current rates.
- Can Pictefor search the web?
- Yes. Since version 1.9.9, Search the web runs your search in your own browser, opens the results, follows listing and directory pages down to the individual items, and turns matching pages into rows of your template. Reject rules filter pages with a stated reason, a saved search never collects the same page twice, and it can repeat on a schedule. You only pay for pages that pass your rules, and your team still reviews every row before it is saved.
- Is there a Pictefor mobile app?
- Yes, a companion app for the people in the field. They record a conversation on their phone, a client call, a site visit, an interview, and tap Send to Pictefor. The recording and its transcript appear in the Pictefor desktop app under Phone recordings, ready to be grouped, extracted into templates and reviewed like any other source. The mobile app is made by Endless Worlds, the developer of Pictefor.Get it on Google Play
