Refund Policy

1. Orders are processed by Paddle

Pictefor subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle issues invoices, collects applicable taxes, and executes approved refunds back to your original payment method.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the platform or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; your team keeps access until the end of the paid period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except as described below.

3. 14-day refund window on first purchase

If Pictefor isn't right for your team, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided your organization's AI-processing usage in that time has been evaluation-level rather than substantial production use. This mirrors the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right, which you agree is provided on these terms for digital services that begin immediately.

4. Faulty or unavailable service

If a defect on our side makes the Service materially unusable and we can't fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, we will refund the affected billing period — renewals included.

5. Renewals

Renewal charges are announced by receipt from Paddle. If you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of an annual renewal (and before meaningful usage in the new period) and we will refund it. Monthly renewals are generally not refunded — cancel instead, and access runs to the period's end.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@pictefor.com from your account owner's address with your Paddle order number, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are typically returned to your payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
